How much does it cost to advertise?
Rates start from just £20 for a Market Place special, with eighth page ads from £50 up to full page ads at £190. Cover pages are available from £200. View our full rate card on the Advertise page.
How often are the magazines published?
Both magazines are published bi-monthly (every two months) from January through to November. In November, two magazines are produced for each area. Nothing is produced in December.
Where are the magazines distributed?
L25 Woolton Times covers the Woolton & Gateacre area (L25). South Liverpool Times covers Allerton (L18), Childwall (L16) and Wavertree (L15). Each magazine is delivered to over 5,000 private residences and businesses.
Can you design my advert for me?
Yes! If you book 3 or more advert spaces, we will design your advert completely free of charge. If you're not ready to commit for 3 spaces, we can still design it for a fee of £40 per advert.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No — we operate on a pay-as-you-go basis. There are no contracts or commitments. Advertise when it suits your business.
Can I advertise in both magazines?
Absolutely! You can advertise in one or both magazines — we call it Mix & Match. Many businesses choose to advertise across both areas to maximise their reach.
What is the artwork deadline?
The artwork submission deadline is the first Friday of each month. This applies for both magazines from January through to November.
When are the magazines delivered?
Delivery commences on the 3rd week of the month, all year round. This allows you to plan your business events around the delivery dates.
Do I get a free editorial?
Yes — every advertiser booking 3 or more adverts per year receives one free editorial of up to 500 words plus a small piece of artwork, featured in the 'Meet The Advertisers' section.
Are there any discounts?
Yes — 10% off the final advert when you book 3 or more editions throughout the year.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
For artwork we accept .jpg, .png, and .pdf files. For copy (text content) we accept .docx (Word) files. We can accept files larger than 4MB if needed. If you need help with your artwork, we can design it for you.
Can I contribute content to the magazine?
